Perihal Tunang, Ikan Patin dan Air Terjun

Hari ini memang menarik bagi aku

I landed my first job in photography despite not having any DSLR with me

Thousand thanks to Huda Yusoff (an old friend from KMPP) for the call-up, to Pundak for executing the job successfully with me, and to Mang for the camera

I seriously need to consider having my own DSLR I guess

I know...I know....

I've been nagging about this since my internship time, some 3 years back...HAHAHA

So, the engagement ceremony was in Felda Mempaga 1, Bentong, Pahang

Pundak and I got lost for a few moment before reaching Huda's place

We arrived a little bit late but Fuhhh~ nothing has started

We took some awesome pictures of Huda preparing herself for the ceremony

There was also another ceremony concurrent with the engagement; The Akikah for a cute baby girl and the Marhabban

We took that opportunity to snap some pictures

And this was when we thought of going to Temerloh for the famous ikan patin masak tempoyak

We had a plan in mind and good to go after the engagement ceremony

The engagement ceremony went well and of course we took more awesome pictures

Congratulation Huda!

We were then invited for lunch and that is when we realized that we don't have to go to Temerloh for the famous Patin

It was served as the delicacy for the kenduri and of course it's FOC!!!

Where the Patin was cooked..I assumed

So, the plan to Temerloh was cancelled and we changed course

Air Terjun Chamang, a fewties kilometer away from Mempaga (approx. 30km ++)

After hunting and focusing for a great potraiture, now we found ourself hunting for a great landscape and Air Terjun Chamang didn't disappoint us

Despite an excessive light and brightness that limited some of our shots, we still managed to came out with some descent pictures of the nature

After we had some goreng pisang, keropok lekor & teh tarik for evening tea, we headed back home

Indeed it was a joyful day and I can say it was an Impromptu Plan (except for the engagement ceremony)

Objective was set within few minutes and we executed it a few minutes later

Barulahhh CEKAP...kan?

Tak payah nak plan segala...HAHAHA

Opening My Window This Morning to 2011!

2010 was full of challenge and adventure

Let it be work or personal life

2010 taught me to be a better person

With a better judgement and better understanding of what life is all about

2010 just waved me Goodbye

However all the memories will remain

Setelah Sekian Lama...

Setelah sekian lama...

Sekarang aku sudah mula mengenali semula pemain-pemain pasukan Malaysia

Aku rasa yakin yang pasukan sekarang berpotensi tinggi dan boleh pergi jauh

Episod-episod gembira Pasukan Harimau Malaysia bermula dari Sukan SEA, ke Sukan Asia, dan sekarang AFF Suzuki Cup aka Piala Tiger

Nama-nama seperti Safee Sali, Norshahrul Idlan Talaha, Kunalan, Khairul Fahmi dan lain-lain lagi sudah mula meniti bibir penyokong-penyokong Harimau Malaysia

Aku teringat kembali zaman 90-an dahulu ketika nama Khairul Azman Mohamed, Azman Adnan, K Sanbagamaran cukup popular dan menjadi ikutan ketika bermain bola sepak di padang (mana ada futsal zaman tu)

Selepas zaman itu, kanak-kanak lebih suka "menjadi" Eric Cantona, Ronaldo ataupun Ronaldinho ketika bermain bola di padang

Sekarang aku lihat, Pasukan Harimau Malaysia bakal kembali bertakhta di hati peminat

Buktinya...

• Stadium Bukit Jalil dipenuhi Gelombang Kuning setiap kali pasukan kita bermain
• Media massa tempatan dan antarabangsa memberikan komen & laporan yang membanggakan dan positif kepada pasukan Negara
• Kurang kontroversi luar padang oleh pemain-pemain kebangsaan (kurang ya, bukan tiada langsung)

Langkah FAM memberi kepercayaan pemain-pemain muda menggalas tanggungjawab membawa nama Malaysia di persada antarabangsa merupakan sesuatu yang berbaloi dan sudah mula membuahkan hasil

Namun begitu, masih banyak lagi perkara yang boleh diperbaiki antaranya:

• Membenarkan penggunaan pemain import dalam Liga Kebangsaan
• Kelab-kelab perlu menganggap bola sepak seperti satu entiti perniagaan bukan parti politik; maksud saya Branding pasukan perlu dititikberatkan. Seperti perniagaan produk, lebih terkenal Brand tersebut, lebih ramai orang akan membeli dan Perniagaan akan memperoleh lebih keuntungan.
• Jangan dicampur-adukkan politik dan bola sepak
• Padang & stadium yang lebih baik

Pembangunan akar umbi seperti Akademi Bola Sepak dan Sekolah Sukan juga dilihat sangat banyak membantu dalam kemajuan bola sepak Negara

Perjalanan kita masih jauh, terlalu banyak ranjau dan liku perlu ditempuhi

Tetapi tiada yang mustahil dengan syarat kita perlu sentiasa berusaha dan yakin dengan kebolehan diri

Setelah sekian lama, MASANYA TELAH TIBA!!!!

Well, it happened that it was not just "another day" for me, a day that I will remember forever and ever

YES PEOPLE

I WENT TO THE WRONG WEDDING!!!

I was not alone though, AZMAH was with me and she was the one that's very confident that we were on the correct road

Ironically, we were a regular visitor to the house where we know the road by heart and we just didn't bother to double check

The result...a moment that we will never forget ever and ever!!!
