It's quite frequent we heard of this quote:

"Don't Work Hard, Work SMART!"

However, not many of us know what is Work Smart

And how to Work Smart

I would like to share on how we can work SMART

It's basically the golden rule of Project Management

S: Specific
M: Measurable
A: Attainable
R: Realistic
T: Timely

I believe if all of us try to work around the short yet concise abbreviation, we will work SMART!
