This is a tip I got from a successful businessman:

Beli Murah
Jual Mahal
Bayar Lambat

Cash flow confirm cantik punya

The penerangan is:

Let say kita ada modal $1000 and overhead business roughly at $500.

1. Beli Murah, Jual Mahal

Kita beli barang total $700 jual at 100% untung kita dapat untung $700, total dalam akaun kita $1400. Tapi pelanggan kita tak bayar Cash (which is normal dalam business) and akan bayar 30 days after invoice.

2. Bayar Lambat

Katakan kita beli barang dari supplier cash $700, duit dalam akaun kita tinggal $300 je lagi. Mana cukup nak cover overhead $500 tu (gaji pekerja, sewa, bil2 etc). So kita bayar lambat (lepas client bayar $1400) so kita ada duit untuk rolling.
